why wont my photos from my iphone upload to my computer

I suggest try the following steps and check if information technology helps. This will help us to know if there is issue related to the Settings.

1. Connect the Camera to your PC.

2. Open up the Photos App. (blazon Photos in Windows Search bar)

3. Tap or click on the Import at top right corner

4. Tap or click the device you want to import from.

5. The app automatically searches for all photos and videos that it hasn't imported before and selects them. Y'all can also swipe down on or click each photo and video you want to import, or tap or click Select all .

6. Tap or click Import .

To prepare the issue that occurs while opening the pictures, I suggest you to change the default program to view the picture and check.

1. Right click on the picture and click on Open With.
2. Choose a plan/app from the list and check if it works fine.
3. If y'all are able to open up it, and so make information technology as the default programme/app to view the pictures.
4. Press Windows key + I, click on System and select Default Apps.
5. Click on the app nether Photo viewer and choose the default app.

Thanks for answering and then apace.

I plug my cannon camera into the computer, and turn the camera on and then that I tin view the

pictures.  I hear the little music that says the camera is connected to the computer, merely nothing

happens.  Before a little screen would pop upwardly that said what would I similar to exercise with Cannon

Power Shot.  I would press import pictures and a few seconds afterwards it would say the import was

consummate.  Very piece of cake.

Now, zilch except the trivial music plays.

I used the tile on my start page that says photos to look at the pictures.  That tile is frozen and I

tried to unpin information technology and so pin it again to the showtime page, but it didn't work, so I use the file binder

at the bottom of the computer.  I can open up the pictures that I had prior to this trouble, only when

I click on them to view them individually I get the message "invalid value for registry"  I did try

what y'all mentioned and I can open the pictures this way, merely I have to do correct click and open

with for each picture which before I only had to double click the picture and information technology would open up

right away.

I'm thinking of trying to do a recovery on the computer and encounter if that helps.  If y'all can think

of annihilation else I can try I'd appreciate it.

I did a recovery on the estimator and everything is working as it should be once again.
